Scuba Diving Bonaire
Sea Horse - Wannadive BonaireBonaire is a small island located east of Aruba and north of Venezuela in the Dutch Caribbean. It is the "B" of the ABC islands along with her more famous sister islands of Aruba and Curacao. Bonaire is known for its world class scuba diving, wind surfing, nature, snorkeling and tranquility. The waters around Bonaire have been protected by an actively managed marine park since 1979 to preserve the coral reefs and the fragile ecosystem. Dutch is the language spoken and the currency is The Netherlands Antilles Guilder (NAFl.) The average air temperature is 82º Fahrenheit (30ºC) and the average water temperature is 80ºF (29ºC). There is a constant trade wind that generally makes the evenings cool and comfortable.

Black Durgon Inn & Scuba Center - Small Wall and Black Durgon Reef are two of Bonaire's most attractive dives (day or night). They start from our waters edge and drop off to 40 meters, and teem with marine life.Black Durgon Inn is a SSI Instructor training facility. We teach swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, one-day familiarization through instructors.

Dive Sites
The reef surrounding Bonaire is a National Marine Park which was established in 1979 and is home to over 355 species of fish. Every diver who has not dived on Bonaire within the last calendar year must attend a diver orientation dealing with Bonaire Marine Park regulations and information.
