Diving - We are a premium 5 Star PADI dive facility
and a full service dive shop located at The Grotto Bay
Hotel, about a 10 minute drive from St. George’s
and about a 25 minute drive from Hamilton. We offer a
wide range of courses including certification courses
and specialty courses. We also offer daily 2 tank dives,
snorkeling trips, beginner lessons and have a certified
ScubaPro and Sherwood technician on staff.

treasures well worth diving for.Bermuda is known as
the “shipwreck capital of the Atlantic”,
more than 350 ships are scuttled amongst 230 square
miles of pristine coral reef.

Bermuda
is actually an archipelago of small islands that resemble
a fishhook when viewed from a high altitude. The islands of
Bermuda are a unique blend of colonial history and African
heritage. Many people mistakenly believe that Bermuda is part
of the Caribbean when in fact it is hundreds of miles north
of the Bahamas in the Atlantic. Bermuda is warm and humid
during the summer months, but is usually cooled by the sea
breezes. Bermuda has no rainy season as such and there is
no normal month of excess rain. Showers may be heavy at times
but the skies usually clear quickly. Temperatures range from
the 60’s in the winter to the low 80’s in the
summer months.
